5) Normal setup fee is $99. No setup fee if paid 6 months in advance or more.
6) Must be ordered between 7.30 AM and 3.00 PM EST, Mon. to Fri. for same-day delivery.
7) Avantex reserves the right to cancel this special offer at any time and without warning.
8) Add $40 a month for an unlimited domain license with either cPanel or Plesk, plus a one-time $150 installation fee
for the Plesk control panel. There's no installation fee for cPanel. (Only one control panel is installable on a server).
